Endemol and ABS-CBN once again open its gate to 16 hopefuls wanting to become the next SARAH GERONIMO/ YENG CONSTANTINO as PINOY DREAM ACADEMY officially started its SEASON 2 run last June 14, 2008.
15 SCHOLARS has officially made it into the academy and another one will join them later this evening.
My Personal Choice:
BUGOY, who is from Camarines Sur may not have the looks but close your eyes and just listen to how pure his voice is that even Ryan Cayabyab couldn't believe what he have just heard during the final casting.

I've seen her perform many times at our school and at MALATE Church. I've worked with her during our NSTP Presentation and I can really say that she's very PASSIONATE with Music. And also very professional to work with.
BRIEFLY NOTED: I personally believe that watching PDA is better than the local version of Freemantle's AI known here in our country as PINOY IDOL which is a primetime show of GMA7. Why? Well, PDA has:
better JUDGES... from KITCHIE MOLINA to Direk Joey Reyes to Headmaster Ryan Cayabyab compared to JOLINA MAGDANGAL, a B-Lister.
Better FUTURE waiting... Imagine singing on the stage with Gary V., Zsazsa Padilla, Martin Nieverra... man, that is just a dream come true for any singer. ABS-CBN has an established singing POWERHOUSE.
Lastly, better CONTESTANTS... I remember an ARTICLE from the PHILIPPINE DAILY INQUIRER when he wrote about the PI's Audition in CEBU and DAVAO and asking: Where have all the talented people of VISAYAS gone? I guess the writer is not aware that there is another audition being conducted by PDA and those people he's looking for were all there.
